- Full Refund (100%): Cancellation more than 24 hours before service receives complete reimbursement.
- Partial Refund (75%): Cancellation between 24 and 3 hours prior results in 75% return.
- Minimal Refund (50%): Cancellation within 3 hours of start time provides 50% reimbursement.
Additional Notes
- Refunds process to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- No-shows or access failures at scheduled time qualify as last-minute cancellations with only 50% refund.
- Services booked urgently (within 3 hours) receive no refund upon cancellation.
- Safai reserves authority to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, offering either full reimbursement or rescheduling options.
