Safai bases refunds on timing of cancellation (for advance payments).

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy (For Advance Payments)

  • Full Refund (100%): Cancellation more than 24 hours before service receives complete reimbursement.
  • Partial Refund (75%): Cancellation between 24 and 3 hours prior results in 75% return.
  • Minimal Refund (50%): Cancellation within 3 hours of start time provides 50% reimbursement.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds process to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • No-shows or access failures at scheduled time qualify as last-minute cancellations with only 50% refund.
  • Services booked urgently (within 3 hours) receive no refund upon cancellation.
  • Safai reserves authority to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, offering either full reimbursement or rescheduling options.
