Refund and Order Cancellation Policy
At Safai, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality and timely cleaning services. We understand that plans can change, and we have designed a flexible cancellation and refund policy to accommodate your needs.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy (For Advance Payments)
We offer refunds based on the timing of your service cancellation. Please refer to the details below:
- Full Refund (100%): If the service is canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time, you are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
- Partial Refund (75%): If the service is canceled between 24 hours and 3 hours before the scheduled start time, 75% of the advance payment will be refunded.
- Minimal Refund (50%): If the service is canceled less than 3 hours before the scheduled start time, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
Additional Notes
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- No-shows or failure to provide access to the service location at the scheduled time will be considered as last-minute cancellations, and only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
- For services booked on an urgent basis (within 3 hours of the scheduled time), no refund will be applicable upon cancellation.
- Safai reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety issues, operational delays). In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered to the customer.
