• Under no circumstances shall Safai's team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or the inability to use, the materials on this site
• Safai will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy at any moment

• Safai grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the website/app strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thanks for ordering from Safai. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build.

Cancellation Policy for Advance Payment:

1. Full Refund: If the customer cancels the service more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the slot, a 100% refund will be provided.
2. Partial Refund: If the customer cancels the service between 24 hours to 3 hours before the scheduled start time, a 75% refund will be provided.
3. Minimal Refund: If the customer cancels the service less than 3 hours before the scheduled start time, a 50% refund will be provided.

Note: Safai reserves the right to modify or update these policies as necessary.
